PREPARATION WORK
We offer a full preparation service prior to final surfacing or block paving including kerb remedials, raising and replacing ironwork, reinstatements to existing defective surfaces, road planning and a full level and drainage check.
ADOPTION MANAGEMENT
We have a tried, tested and highly efficient method of facilitating the adoption of sites under various agreements helping retrieve any bond amounts you are still accountable for. We will meet the Clerk of Work to determine the extent of the remedial work required and then organise the full operation of works through to completion.
